FAITH AS ART | ART AS FAITH

The Brandenburg Galleries is pleased to host the Art Faculty of the CCCU (Council of Christian Colleges & Universities) in its Faith as Art | Art as Faith series of exhibitions. The Faith as Art | Art as Faith series is a newly created, annual exhibition exploring the ways that the creative arts and faith intertwine. Artworks that are inspired by faith, that examine its social and political ramifications, or explore creative ways to spread the Gospel of Christ are represented.

The exhibition will be on view at:

The Brandenburg Gallery & Strickler Gallery
Olivet Nazarene University

September 28 - October 25
Reception: October 7, 6-9pm

The Faith as Art | Art as Faith series began in 2009 with a scholarship exhibition for the students in the Department of Art & Digital Media at Olivet Nazarene University, which marked the beginning of an initiative to continue the exhibition, seeking a wide range of participant artists: new, emerging and established to share in the dialogue between Art and Christian Faith.
